These terms cover your use of the Flowstate app and flowstate.build. Flowstate is made and run by Rey Aldana. By using Flowstate you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.
Who can use Flowstate
You must be 18 or older.
Your work
What you say, write and bring into Flowstate stays yours, and so do the documents Flow writes from it. You let Flowstate store and process your work only to run the app for you, as the Privacy Policy describes.
Flow's drafts
Flow writes drafts, and a draft can contain mistakes. Read a document before you send or sign it. Flowstate does not give legal, tax or financial advice, and a contract or invoice Flow drafts does not replace a professional's review.
Recording people
When you record a meeting or a call, telling the people in it and getting their consent where the law requires it is your responsibility.
Plans and payment
Plans are bought through Apple. Apple takes the payment, handles refunds and renews a plan until you cancel it in your Apple ID settings. Apple's Standard License Agreement governs your license to use the app.
If you connect Google, Flowstate uses your Google data only as the Privacy Policy describes, and you can disconnect it at any time in the app.
Fair use
Do not use Flowstate to break the law, to harm or harass anyone, or to get into an account or a system that is not yours.
Ending
You can delete your account at any time: in Settings, tap Delete Account. Flowstate can suspend an account that breaks these terms.
No warranty
Flowstate is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the same extent, Flowstate is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses that come from sending or signing a draft without reading it.
Changes to these terms
When these terms change, the date at the top changes. Before a change that affects your plan or your work, the app will tell you.
